Scaling Technology Leadership

Most of my career has been spent helping growing companies build the technology foundation they needed before growth exposed the cracks.

Over the past 18+ years, I’ve led IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and business transformation across healthcare, aerospace and defense, gaming and media, consumer technology, professional services, and legal services.

Many of these organizations were startups or rapidly scaling companies. That environment taught me how to balance two things that are often in conflict: moving quickly and building responsibly.

The industry may change, but the leadership challenge is usually the same:

How do we use technology to help the business grow without creating unnecessary cost, complexity, or risk?

That’s the kind of problem I enjoy solving.
